Treatment update – September 2026

We have received stock updates from manufacturers regarding a number of psoriasis lotions, ointments and shampoos.

Eumovate Ointment 0.05% (100g tubes) - out of stock 

There have been a number of stock concerns with Eumovate Cream and Eumovate Ointment (0.05%) in recent months. 

Manufacturers Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) have confirmed that Eumovate Cream (30g tubes) are now back in stock, following a period of unavailability. However, issues with Eumovate Ointment (100g tubes) are ongoing, and this product is now out of stock until early November.

Elocon Ointment 100g - out of stock 

Organon Pharma confirmed that there has been some stock issues with Elocon Ointment (100g tubes), but have confirmed that they will be back in stock from Sunday, 8 November 2026. (Original date was advised to be 31 August). Please be aware that it may take a few days for stock to reach pharmacies once reordered through Alliance Healthcare Wholesalers. 

Members have also contacted us within the last month with regards to Elocon Scalp Lotion (30ml), however, we understand this is now back in stock.

Diprosalic Scalp Lotion - out of stock 

Organon Pharma, the manufacturers of Diprosalic Scalp Lotion, have confirmed that this product is currently out of stock, and is expected to return to market from Sunday, 27 September 2026.

Ceanel Shampoo – potential return to market 

We have remained in touch with Derma UK regarding the potential return to market for Ceanel Concentrate Medicated Shampoo, pending assessment and approval from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Derma UK have recently reported to Psoriasis UK that the re-development of Ceanel is ongoing.
