Being a teenager is hard enough without the extra pressure of dealing with your psoriasis.

The good news is there's loads you can do to stop psoriasis from getting in the way of your day-to-day life.

If you need more information about your psoriasis, treatments, or just want to talk to someone about your condition, you can get in touch with the Psoriasis Association.
