Psoriatic Arhiritis - More Specifically Psoriatic Spodyloaropathy

I suffer From Psoriatic Spondyloaropathy - A lot of people are not even aware of the desease and that it a Psoriasis illness, however as a 20 year old people look at at me funny because i have a walking stick and look with disbelief when you say what illness you have, does anyone have this illness, problem, no somebody with it or even ever heard of it
