Our bank holiday opening and closing dates, plus helpline availability.
The Psoriasis Association office will be closing at 4.30pm on Friday 24th August, and reopening at 9am on Wednesday 29th August.
During the bank holiday weekend, our helpline will be closed. You can still call us on 01604 251 620 and leave an answerphone message, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or message us on WhatsApp on 07387716439 However, please be aware that we will be unable to respond until the office reopens on Wednesday 29th August, and that it may take us some time to work through the messages that have been left.
If you need any medical assistance during this period, please contact your GP, local walk-in centre, hospital or pharmacist. Remember to check the opening hours of your GP surgery and local pharmacies in advance, as many will be closed or reducing their opening hours over the bank holiday.
If you require medical assistance when your GP surgery is closed, you should contact your local out-of-hours service. You can usually do this by calling your GP surgery and listening to the instructions on the out-of-hours message.
For urgent medical advice, please call 111 to speak to a trained NHS adviser. More information can be found on the NHS Choices website.
Have a great bank holiday!
